    These are our tapered ball nose solid carbide router bits. A perfect bit for 3d carving. They are coated in a very hard wearing TiXCO-Blue coating. The large polished flutes enables a very good chip clearance, less chance for chip re-welding, a superior surface finish and a longer tool life.The Diamond Like Coating (DLC) creates a harder and tougher cutting ceramic over carbide edge, allowing for a prolonged cutting edge life and helps to prevent the build-up/galling of material in the flutes while cutting.Applications:

The device can communicate with a connection to the control computer's network card. The connection can be built with direct connection or via router/switch devices. The device can be used to control machine tools with stepper or servo motor controls with step and direction interfaces. The controller can output a maximum of 400kHz stepping frequency and can work with up to 6-axes. The user's guide describes how to establish connection between the device and the control computer, how to setup the LAN network and the device for the communication. This document also describes the electrical parameters and properties of the motion controller. How to run the device with a CNC control software such as UCCNC, is not described in this manual and is described in a separate document.   • The UCBB is a dual port signal breakout board making the wiring and connections to 2 LPT ports or to 2 ports on a motion controller easy. One of the ports has standard LPT port pinout and the second port has a pinout of a bidirectional LPT port when switched to the input direction. This makes it an excellent pairing with the UC300 motion controller and UCCNC motion control software. The exact pinout of the ports are described in details in this manual. The board has a total of 16 outputs and 18 inputs. All I/Os are optically isolated with fast 10Mbit/sec speed optocouplers. The outputs are capable to drive 24V voltage levels and upto 1Amps of current with integrated Nchannel power mosfets. The inputs are also optically isolated with fast 10Mbit/sec speed optocouplers and are capable to interface to outputs of sensors and switches with NPN, PNP, push-pull and line driver outputs.- 2x IDC26 ports with LPT port pinout. The external hardware is a motion controller device which is currently our UC100 or UC300 or UC400ETH or AXBB motion controller.   • The UCR201 wireless jog pendant was designed to be used with the UCCNC software. The product is built from 2 main parts, one part is the jog pendant built into an ABS plastic enclosure with buttons and a jog wheel encoder. The other part is the USB wireless transmitter module which connects to the computer’s USB port and transferring data between the PC and the jog pendant device.
