Compression end mills combine up-cut and down-cut geometry which provide a superior cut at greater depth than traditional up or down cut router bit. These bits are designed to leave clean edges on the top and bottom faces of any material. The compression bit’s unique design pulls chips upward at the bottom of the material and downward at the top face, producing chip-free surfaces that are perfect for cabinet and furniture parts.
Compression cut spiral end mills are excellent for melamine, plywood, MDF and solid wood.
Our 3.175, 6, 10 and 12mm Diameter bits have a special Nano Blue DLC (Diamond Like Coating) which can cater with much higher temperatures than standard Carbide Bits
