We have designed and spec’d it to chew through Aluminium and similar materials with accuracy, speed and surface finish being a paramount requirement. Its main advantage over other small format CNCs is the strength and rigidity of the heavy duty all steel frame, increased drive power, and higher quality spindle. With 20mm pristmatic guide rails and 16mm Hiwin ballscrews on all axis.
