The ISO30 ER20 allows you to use ER20 Collets in your ISO30 Spindle. This can be advantageous for smaller tooling and you can save some money by purchasing smaller collets.
These toolholders are designed for ISO30 ATC Spindles. The balancing of these toolholders is done to a very high grade, and that’s why they can run up to 30,000RPM.
We strongly recommend when working at high RPM you always verify the toolholder has 100% fit and the pull stud is 100% compatible with your spindle. Incorrect fit can cause major bearing damage and destroy the ATC Spindle.
